How does personalisation work?

Simply choose your design, enter your personalisation details (such as a name, age, date, or special message), and add it to your cart. We'll incorporate your details into the selected design and engrave it to order.

How long does it take to receive my order?

As all our products are engraved to order, please allow 3–5 working days for dispatch. Once dispatched, we offer the following UK delivery options:

Royal Mail 48 – delivered within 2–3 working days after dispatch
Express Courier – Next Day – aimed to be delivered the next working day after dispatch, though this cannot be fully guaranteed

We'll keep you updated on your order progress and let you know when it's on its way.

Can I see a proof before my order is engraved?

Please get in touch with us if you'd like to discuss your design before we proceed with engraving.

What if I make a mistake with my personalisation details?

Please double-check all details before placing your order. As each item is personalised specifically for you, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for incorrectly entered information. If you spot an error, contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help.
